Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will end immediately, and you will not be charged for any future invoices.

2. Access to Services: Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all services and products associated with your subscription immediately.

Refund Policy

1. No Proration: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused services. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your services until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Full Refund for Early Payment Discounts: If you have taken advantage of an early payment discount and cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will be issued a full refund for the amount corresponding to the early payment discount.

Example: If you cancel your subscription after paying for the next invoice with an early payment discount but before the end of the billing cycle, a full refund will be processed for the amount of the discount for the remaining days of service that you will not be using.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 15-30 days after your cancellation request is confirmed.

• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
